Assistant Professor - Structural Engineering


Applicants must have an earned PhD in foundation engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, or a relevant field from an accredited university. Experience of working in international contexts is essential. Experience in the Middle East, and teaching multicultural groups is desirable.

S/he must be particularly proficient in teaching geotechnical engineering, foundation design, environmental impact on construction on soil, and other civil engineering subjects as needed. The candidate must also have a good record of high quality research publications in the field of geotechnical engineering and foundation engineering with an ability to develop internal and external research collaborations. Experience of securing funding from diverse funding bodies is desirable.
