IT Support Specialist


To oversee and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Help Desk functions. Providing hands-on support on applications, networks and servers. Training and documenting.

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree OR B. Tech
Professional Certifications : A+, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL
Experience : 2+ years of IT Support service experience
Salary : 5000 AED


      To manage and provide IT Helpdesk support

      Assist in Network and server administration

      Co-ordinate with vendors, business partners and external University teams 

      To complete IT tasks as advised by the head of IT
